After a suitable pretreatment, one can reach an excellent bonding between Vulkollan® or PLEI-TECH® and metal.
The Vulkollan® or PLEI-TECH® coating fulfills requirements like abrasion protection, damping or noise reduction.
The broad variety of apllications includes:
- preferably wheel, roller and roll coatings
- balls with massive or hollow metal cores as well as coating of valve seats
- coatings, scuff rails and rocker shovels with clamping arms
- vacuums, grippers and sealing frames with metal adapter
