Counter and return pulleys as well as buffing wheels coated with Vulkollan® clearly offer advantages in comparison to rubber coatings when it comes to extremely high speeds.
This is due to their high elasticity. Special profiling of the running surfaces enables a variety of different grinding and polishing criteria.
The combination of massive and cellular polyurethanes allows a special grinding and polishing effect.
For these applications we offer wheel coatings, cylinders made of cellular Vulkollan® as well as panels of massive and cellular Vulkollan®.
